We still make our pasta with the rolling pin, we bake our bread in the wood-burning oven; the seasonal vegetables come from our vegetable garden, the meats from our farm. The cured meats and the cheeses are of our production. We collect the truffles in our farm.
For the seasonings we use our organic extra virgin olive oil.
The meals are prepared with mastery by Petronilla with the skillful help of her Mother Rita, desserts and the breakfasts are baked by Roberta.
Both have achieved the qualification of Agrichef and regularly participate in courses to update their knowledge increase the quality of our offer.
On reservation it is possible to taste samples of our products: hams, salami, loin, sausages, cow, sheep or mixed cheeses, jams and organic extra virgin olive oil.
To enjoy our meals at ZERO KM we are open (reservation is welcome) Friday and Saturday for dinner and Sunday for lunch.
Upon reservation we will be glad to receive you also on the other days of the week.
