Our Farm
Organic farming and non-specialised and non-intensive farming. Our animals grow according to disciplinary methods that protect their well-being. Our company respects and preserves nature and our guests can verify our statements by experiencing the quality of our ingredients.
Truffle Hunt & Cooking Class
In our farm it is possible to live experiences that bring back to the world of our grandparents. Guests can try to make fresh pasta, to make cheese and ricotta, to bake bread, to prepare jams or to test themselves in the most adventurous researches of truffles or asparagus.
Our Osteria
In our Osteria we offer our company's products: handmade pasta, wood-fire bread, salami, cheeses, salami, eggs from our farm, seasonal vegetables from our garden, truffles, asparagus, oil. What we can not dois bought from selected companies of our territory.
Our Farmhouse
The Terrantica farmhouse, with a splendid view over Assisi and the Umbrian valley, is surrounded by secular olive trees, woods and peace. It is the ideal place for those seeking a holiday away from the clamor, in the midst of nature, in a real rural context.
Educational Farm
The Fattoria Colle San Nicola conducts teaching activities, educational courses and days to spend with children, teaching them respect and love for the land and animals. We invest in children because our children are our future.
Our Agricultural
Our agricultural production focuses on extra virgin olive oil, but we cultivate vegetables and some varieties of fruit, we collect truffles and we produce fodder for the feeding of our animals.
Our history
Our grandparents, Cruciano and Petronilla, have formed a very large family, surrounded by 13 children.
They have raised them with the knowledge that in order to achieve any result, work, sacrifice and perseverance are needed.
Our Qualifications and Certifications
We are all educational operators, enrolled in the register of educational farms at n. 10.
