The holiday farm Terrantica is enrolled in the regional register of Umbria for the farms at Nr. 709, born in 2001 from the skillful restructuring of 2 farmhouses, of which one is from the 18th century and safe protected the characteristics of the rural Umbrian dwellings.
There are 5 double rooms, all with private services, one for disabled, and 3 fully equipped mini-apartments.

The rooms are 5 and all have the private services; we also have 1 room for the disabled.
The apartments are 3 and consist of kitchenette, double bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom; In addition the larger apartment has a living area with a double sofa

High season is the period from 15 July to the entire month of August, Easter, New Year, bridges, religious holidays and San Francesco.
IN HALF BOARD THE MENU IS FIXED AND DRINKS ARE EXCLUDED
If you want to make some changes to the menu, this must be communicated in advance and paid separately!
We remind all our customers that everything we offer in our menu is km0, produced directly in our company or by Umbrian farms like ours!
- Water, electricity, heating and gas, bed and bath linen + 30 euros per week.
- The linen is changed every 3/4 days.
- Daily cleaning supplement of 10 € per day.
- For stays longer than 4 days in the apartment final cleaning supplement of 40 €.
- From the month of August both in our rooms and in our apartments it will be possible to use air conditioning with a supplement of € 10 per day
Pure rent is no longer carried out.
In August we accept bookings for a minimum of 3 nights.
On bridges and celebrations we accept reservations for a minimum of 2 nights.
IN THE HALF BOARD DINNER IS INCLUDED EXCEPT ON SUNDAY WHICH INSTEAD INCLUDES LUNCH.
